I am a career-oriented girl with a lot of ambitious plans about my future. I also want to get married and seek a partner who will support me as much as I will support them. How do I broach this subject on the first meeting without scaring them?

Hi,
It is very clear you are passionate about your career.
When you say you are ambitious about your career, what do you mean? You will be willing to further your education; attend trainings even if they are posted in other cities? Would you be willing to travel for career, to other states or countries, if needed? If so, how do you plan to handle your home and family? If your partner gets a transfer or a new opportunity in another city/country, how can you support? Be clear on these aspects.
When you meet prospective grooms, you can broach the subject of career. Find out what their future plans regarding their career are, what support they expect from their partner.
After that you can let them know about your career plans. Listen to their replies. And take it forward from there.
